We don’t believe in diets or slogging in the gym for hours every day. We believe in balancing the three chakras of the body – Physical, Physiological and Psychological. But it isn’t a set of “one size fits all” rules.

Detox & Weight Loss Holidays Program :
The element of detox is integral to the retreat as one factor attributed to weight gain is a toxic sluggish body. As toxins accumulate in the body, over time they get stored in our body’s fat cells – thus resulting in stubborn fat. During the detoxification process we stimulate the body’s detox pathways to flush out any hidden toxins making it easier to then breakdown excess fat though proper nutrition and exercise.
Through our carefully planned wholesome menu consisting of smoothie, juices, a light lunch andbroth – essentially a part fast the body uses the saved energy to eliminate toxicity, clean out dead and dying cells, repair and make new cells, alkalize and reboot its systems.
On the retreat we provide you specially formulated Ayurvedic supplements known to aid weight loss, cleansing and for maintaining overall health.
Built into the elements of the retreat is a daily enema, helps the liver to detoxify and is a quick and effective way to rid the body of toxic waste being released into the colon.This ancient detoxification process allows your body to release and let go from the inside – out, accounting for some of the weight loss during the retreat holidays (results may vary from person to person)
Daily Fitness Sessions:
When we are looking for weight loss we are looking at changing your body composition. In short not just the numbers on the scale but inches too.Physically we look at your body composition and work on increasing lean muscle mass and burning fat.
Weight becomes irrelevant when your body tissues are in the right proportions to support your skeleton and internal organs, improve your posture and make your body strong, supple and mobile (not to mention lean and toned!).
Our weight loss & fitness holidays program combine a range of exercise techniques including yoga, power yoga, beach side fitness, zumba, cardio and weight training.
Addressing lifestyle and behavioural patterns related to weight gain or difficulty in losing weight is the focus of this session.There’s no denying it –losing weight can sometimes be a long and challenging journey. If you’ve ever tried it before and failed then you probably know how frustrating it can get – especially when feelings like stress, low self-esteem and boredom crop up. By targeting the subconscious mind with powerful suggestion techniques, our hypnotherapist will help you develop a positive relationship with food and exercise.
The aim of hypnotherapy for weight loss holidays program is to make you feel confident about your body, changing those negative thoughts patterns about eating and help you lose weight responsibly without impacting your emotional well-being.

Providing your body with the perfect set-up to detox, cleanse and lose weight all we need is for you to let go and enjoy some peace and quiet.
